We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email, role), content you post (property listings, videos, live streams, messages), and basic usage information needed to operate the Service securely.

How we use information

• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Match consumers with relevant agents, lenders and properties.
• Deliver messages, notifications and live-stream functionality.
• Detect abuse, fraud and policy violations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate PropSocial (hosting, authentication, storage) under contractual confidentiality, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can update your profile, change your email or password, and sign out of all sessions from the Settings page. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Security

We use encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and check passwords against the Have I Been Pwned database to help protect your account.

Children

PropSocial is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
