Terms of Service — PropSocial

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PropSocial (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use PropSocial. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User roles

PropSocial supports multiple roles including Consumer, Realtor, Broker, Investor and Lender. Each role has access to different features. Misrepresenting your role or credentials may result in account suspension.

4. User content

You retain ownership of property listings, videos, live streams and messages you submit. By posting content you grant PropSocial a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or discriminatory content, misrepresent properties, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent our security measures. PropSocial may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

6. No real estate advice

PropSocial is a platform that connects consumers with real estate professionals. We do not provide legal, financial or real estate advice and are not a party to any transaction between users.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropSocial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PropSocial after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
